In the romantic Restaurant & Rosenstübli we are currently serving the following set multi-course menu created by our kitchen team under direction from Michael Schuler. Enjoy the wonderful dinner with wines from our carefully selected winelist. When the weather is nice, you can dine outside and enjoy the beautiful view from our terrace.

By travelling to Thailand, I was able to discover inspiring combinations and incorporate some of these into my dishes. These experiences have shaped my cooking philosophy and are unmistakable in my dishes. The refreshing combination of traditional French techniques and the use of high-quality, regional ingredients is what drives me every day. It fills me with joy and motivates me to constantly explore and create new culinary paths.”
Our menus change according to the season and the availability of local products. If you have any questions or allergies and intolerances, we can of course accommodate them. Please mention this directly when making a reservation.

We purchase our raw products from selected quality suppliers in Switzerland. Meat and fish origin: Swiss meat and fish from Switzerland (exceptions are clearly marked). All prices are in CHF and include 8.1% VAT.
